Sungallon is a new high-tech enterprise specialized in the promotion and production of application tailored soft synthetic rubber compounds of the Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE’s) group of polymers.

We have witnessed and participated in the development of China's TPE industry. With many years of formulation experience, Sungallon has been promoted to one of the largest and best manufacturers of thermoplastic elastomer compounds.

Our customers use our Gallonprene TPE’s to produce consumer goods, technical industrial products, automotive parts as well as medical products.

When formulating a customer solution, we rely on our extensive empirical experience. This is supported by our large R&D team as well as know-how of Regulatory restrictions in many application areas. Sungallon Plastics (Shenzhen) Company Limited was established in 2005，located in Guanlan Shenzhen , enjoying convenient transportation and beautiful environment. Has a wholly-owned subsidiary-Sungallon Plastic (Heyuan) Company Limited, as production base, the common space more than 40,000 square meters and has about 110 employees in total.

Sungallon has rich experiences in the thermoplastic elastomer industry. we’ve passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and several OEM’S RSS, our main products include TPE/TPR. Besides, we are making great efforts to develop new products to meet different requirements.

Sungallon’s parent company is Shenzhen Sunglory Industrial Co., LTD. which is started in 1999, now it with its own property of Sunglory Industrial Park, which is built in Guanlan Shenzhen, as the industrial base.

Sungallon plastics (Shenzhen) company is started in 2005, and restructured into an unlisted joint stock company in 2016, listed on the NEEQ system with stock NO. 835827 in 2017.

In 2016, Sungallon plastic (Heyuan) company was established, with its own industrial park in Heyuan Guangdong. It really started running in 2018

Company Service Process

1、 Pre service preparation

2、 Placing and dispatching orders

2. Dispatch orders to relevant departments: Based on the order content, dispatch orders to relevant departments for processing. Ensure clear dispatch with relevant technical and product requirements attached.

3、 Service Execution

1. Develop a work plan: Based on the requirements of the order, develop a detailed work plan, including the time arrangement and responsible person for each link.

2. Resource allocation: Reasonably allocate personnel, equipment, materials, and other resources according to the work plan to ensure timely completion of work.

3. Task execution: According to the work plan, the responsible persons of each link carry out the task and ensure quality and progress.

4、 Service supervision and feedback

1. Supervise the execution process: Relevant management personnel supervise the service execution process to ensure that the service meets requirements and promptly resolve any issues that arise.

5、 Service acceptance and summary

1. Service acceptance: Negotiate with customers to determine acceptance standards and processes, ensuring that the service meets customer requirements.

6、 Adverse event handling

1. Adverse event recording: Record the occurrence time, location, process, responsible person, and other information of adverse events, and classify and analyze them.
