TPE/TPR Water Pipe Material
TPE is a type of thermoplastic elastomer that possesses the elasticity of rubber at room temperature and can be shaped when heated. The structural characteristic of TPE is that it is composed of different resin segments and rubber segments linked by chemical bonds. The resin segments form physical crosslinking points through linking forces, while the rubber segments are the high-elastic chain segments. The physical crosslinking changes reversibly with temperature, which also demonstrates the processing characteristics of TPE. Therefore, TPE can replace some rubber and silicone products, and its applications are very extensive, such as in our daily life series of rubber shoes, rubber strips, rubber parts, rubber tubes, etc.
Here are the main advantages of this TPE water pipe:
- 1. It has a small deformation, excellent elasticity, and outstanding tensile performance.
- 2. It has good weather resistance and can be used outdoors, functioning normally in hot or cold weather. It will not crack, harden, or become brittle and break in winter.
- 3. The pipe has a dry feel and is wear-resistant. It can be made semi-transparent, natural color, or any color you desire.
- 4. The pipe has good sealing properties, and an inflated pipe will not leak due to pinholes, sand eyes, or pits.
- 5. We have passed the FDA 177.2600 water contact test, and if you need, we can also provide test reports according to related standards.
- 6. The pipe is recyclable and environmentally friendly, non-toxic.
